Next, we have the modern Roman Catholic Trinity from Rome Italy based upon the same old pre- Christian Pagan model and Mystery Religion theology. Three-faced images are universal! The Oxford Companion to the Bible, page 561, comments on this: "Three is widely regarded as a divine number. Many religions have triads of gods. Biblical faith has no room for a triad, and the number three is rarely connected with God. ... Neither is the doctrine of the Trinity expressed there in so many words."
Harper’s Bible Dictionary, page 497, admits: "Three ... was already sacred to early Babylonian religions, honoring a triad [Anu, Bel, Ea or Nimrod Ishtar and Tammuz or Shamash, Sin, Ishtar] ... as Egyptians honored Isis, Osiris, and Horus."
