F In The Twinkling of an Eye Our Viie Body Shaii be Changed unto His Giorious body
"Behold, I shew you a mystery; Weshall not all sleep, but we shall «ill be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last tmmp: for the trumpet shall sound, and thedeadshall beraised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" (I Corinthians 15:51-52; Philippians 3:20-21; Isaiah 26:19). "This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven" (Acts 1:11). "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump ofGod: and the dead inChrist shall rise first"
(I Thessalonians 4:16).
"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him and all kindreds of the earth shallwail because of him. Even so. Amen" (Revelation 1:7). "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto themthatlookforhimshallheappearthesec ond time without sin unto salvation" (Hebrews9:28). "Beloved, nowarewe the sons ofGod, and itdoth notyetappearwhatweshallbebutweknow that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (1John 3:2).
Some believe that Christ has already come and is on this world. Others believe that personal death is the sign of His Second Coming. Others say that in Matthew 24:42, when Jesus says, "watch therefore for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come". He is referring to both death and the return of Jesus. We must be aware that at death, graves are occupied; but at the second coming of the Lord graves will be abandoned (Matthew 24:43; John 5:28-29; 1Thessalonians 4:16). "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west;soshallalso thecoming oftheSon of man be" (Matthew 24:27).
G Before the Thousand Year Reign in Jerusaiem
"A nd then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his
coming" (11 Thessalonians 2:8). "They lived and reigned with Christ a thou sand years" (Revelation 20:4).
The Anti-Christ has to reign before the millennium. WhenChristappears He shall consume him with the Spirit of His mouth, and destroy himwith Hisbrightness. ThesevenyearsbeforeChristreignsonearthshallbeaperi od of tribulation, but the Church shall not face the tribulation (Revelation 3:10).
