3.4 The Witness in Human Society
The Bible was transmitted from age to age, generation to generation, on hand-written copies, throughout the ancient days. Many individuals and nations have tried to ban, discredit, and destroy the Bible, but it still exists. This clearly shows God's guardianship of His Word. The Bible is the most widely distributed book in the world. The Bible has remained an important tool for morality and life in human society.

3.6 Inspiration of God's Word
II Timothy 3:16-17 states that the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament are all inspired of God. That means the author of all 66 books is God Himself, divinely using human writers, so that the words and thoughts they recorded in the original autographs werewith out error (John 10:35; II Peter 1:19-21). This inspirationembraces the original writing only (Matthew 4:4).
