! Each participating teacher will agree to share their unit plan, lesson plan, assessment, etc. pertaining to the best practice they share.
! Teachers who observe the lab classroom will be given the opportunity to write down notes, as well as a debrief & feedback session at the end of the observation.
! Observing teachers will consider how they will incorporate the observed strategy in their own classroom and/or turnkey the observed strategy to their colleagues.
