Lucidpress is an online brand templating platform that empowers our ASCs to create and distribute marketing collateral for our agents. There are over 100 marketing templates branded for Real Estate One with the capabilities to customize and personalize. Plus, our Marketing team is continuously designing new templates on Lucidpress from postcards, to social, to flyers, brochures and more.

in the Lucipress library for your ASC to personalize
for you. Use the Our Team Booklet to introduce HomeSuite, our one-stop shop of services as a great service to your clients. Use materials created for you from the Lucidpress library in your digital presentation, print them, or send as a PDF or flipbook.
EVERY DOOR DIRECT MAIL (EDDM)
Available on Lucidpress and Continuity Programs (CPI), this type of postcard is distributed to every mailbox on a postal route (you choose the route). The EDDM postcard templates on Lucidpress are there to personalize and upload to the CPI portal for printing and mailing. Select the postcard style, work with your ASC to edit and personalize it in Lucidpress, then have it uploaded to the custom upload design option in the CPI portal. Also, a variety of EDDM farming postcards can be found on the CPI portal accessed through OurOnePlace.com. CPI has several ready- made postcards to choose from. Your ASC can assist you in access your agent OnePlace accounts to enter your CPI portal, upload the design and even select the postal route for EDDM. You then add it to the cart, enter your payment information to place the order when you are ready.
