• Learn how to be the “architect” of your training and create a solid foundation for your training structure.
• Set an intentional design for implementation to have a direct impact on organizational culture and outcomes.
• Build a training mission and purpose with intent.
Workshop 3:
The How of Training
• Share and compare implementation strategies with your peers.
• Learn how to foster Care, Welfare, Safety, and SecuritySM on a daily basis to enhance your culture.
• Identify the who, what, where, and why of your intentional training design.
• Build on the tools from Breakout Session 2 to create your training action plan.
• Review all of the roles you play as a Certified Instructor.
• Remember to ASPIRE: Advocate, Support, Prevent, Inspire, Resilience, Engage.
Note: This breakout session will be divided into profession-specific groups.
