  EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
 Risk Management
Project Risk Management directly relates to project success. When we better grasp the fundamentals of what happens when risks pose a threat, we better prepare how to mitigate that risk, leading to better overall success.
This course examines the relationship of project constraints to assumptions of how best to proceed, realizing that customer expectations may conflict and change. We will examine
Risk Planning and Identifying Risks utilizing the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) theory, along with appropriate Risk Responses. This course gives students many examples of standard Risk Responses that drive success, as well as strategies for how best to monitor and control identified project risks. Finally, this course also highlights the emotional skills required for a successful risk implementation strategy.
The course is one eight hours sessions.
