If the purchase decision is positive, the binding buying interest can be confirmed with a click. Our team then takes care of the efficient handling of the transfer of ownership.
How many properties do you offer on the platform?
Currently, 9 properties are for sale on private real estate. We plan to process an additional volume of at least CHF 100 million by the end of the year.
