  WHY INVEST WITH US?
Savers are receiving low returns from the bank, we are able to offer an alternative with greater returns investing in the property market.
We use our own money alongside our investors, we are in every deal with you.
We use our combined cash to
purchase the properties. Once our works are completed, a mortgage is secured against the property and this money is used to pay the investor back.
You are paid back before us! We have 3 investment options which are shown below.
INVESTMENT OPTIONS
Our ideal investment would be £50K rolled up for 3 years, this allows us to utilise the investment most effectively. We will consider amounts as low as £10K and up to £100K.
Monthly Interest Option
Invest and receive a 4% PA return with interest paid monthly and with capital investment repaid at the end of the term.
Rolled Up Interest Option 1
Invest for 12 months and receive a 5% PA return with interest and capital repaid at the end of the term.
Rolled Up Interest Option 2
Invest for 2 – 5 years and receive 6% PA return with interest and capital repaid at the end of the term.
