OOGSTMARKT (ONLY ON SATURDAYS).
Every Saturday from 10.00 till 17.00 the Rotterdamse Oogst- markt takes place on the Noordplein in Rotterdam. This is a market whe- re you will find only freshly harvested local products, all being sold for a fair price and direct from the maker. At this market, people get together and share their stories.
ALOHA LOW WASTE FOOD BAR.
Aside from being situated in a former swimming pool, the Aloha Low Waste Food Bar uses only local products and makes every effort to produce as little waste as possible. Every one of their employees is taught how to use everything optimally. This results in a creative menu using only local produce.
