WHAT WE DO IT FOR
THE DUTCH MARITIME PILOTS’ ORGANISATION REGULARLY CONDUCTS SURVEYS AMONGST THE VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS TO GAUGE THEIR DEGREE OF SATISFACTION WITH THE PILOTAGE SERVICES PROVIDED. IN 2020, SUCH A SURVEY WAS CARRIED OUT AMONG SHIPPING LINES, TERMINALS, AGENCIES, HARBOUR MASTERS AND CAPTAINS, WITH A GOOD AVERAGE SCORE OF 8. A SOLID RESULT, BUT OF COURSE THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
For the Dutch Maritime Pilots’ Organisation, the outcomes of the customer surveys constitute the basis for further improving its service provision. Both now and in the future, we want to be a high-quality and reliable partner for all the links in the maritime chain regarding the safe and smooth pilotage of sea-going vessels. In this way, we can contribute to ensuring that the Netherlands remains one of the world’s maritime leaders for many years to come.
