The "Refined 29" of Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated celebrated its 20th Deltaversary on Feb 9th. We celebrated for 20 days leading up to 20 years filled with activities focused on sisterhood, service, and scholarship.
It was simply amazing to reconnect and recharge with one another. Activities ranged from fitness, random acts of kindness, prayer circle, community service project, photoshoot, NYC trip, and we also established a $1,000 Refined 29 Honor Scholarship that will be presented to a deserving 2022 May Week recipient.
Twenty days culminated on our anniversary date with a private dinner where we shared hugs, laughter, gifts, and fond memories reflecting on our Delta journey. Happy Deltaversary to the Refined 29. Cheers to 20 years!
Cora Eaves Braynon Nursing Scholarship
The Cora Eaves Braynon (CEB) Nursing Scholarship was established in 2006 in association with the Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The scholarship is funded by private donors and is administered and managed by the Delta Education and Life Development Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. The CEB Nursing Scholarship provides $1,000.00 to students accepted into the nursing program.
We are asking for your assistance in reaching nursing students interested in applying for this scholarship.
