Employers should implement a process to identify both workers who:
a a a a are themselves at high-risk for severe illness from COVID-19 and b reside with or or or care for for persons that are are at at high-risk for for severe illness from COVID-19 (including family members aged parents etc ) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Vulnerable Workers”)

1 3 Employers should should take on the the the expense of having a a a a a a a a a Vulnerable Worker assessed
in in in the the the the event that a a a a a a a a a a a a a worker cannot afford such costs the the the the employee employee should should be assessed
by a a a a a a a a a a a a doctor doctor (noting the the the the doctor-employee confidentiality) and and preferably one who has insight into the the workplace and its processes 7
