• Understand your audience.
• Know the people, the venue, the music, and the vibes.
• Customize your formula so that it fits every venue you want to play.
Fashion
• Fashion, visual art, and music can all intersect in beautiful ways to help bring your full vision to life.
• Visuals are critical to me, and I believe this is where music and fashion fundamentally interact.
• Fashion also allows the “fine artist” in me to creatively express herself.
• Fashion can play an essential role because it can help add to the vibe visually.
• When people hire me, they know I’m coming dressed for the part.
The Day of the Gig
• With any of my gigs, I like to get there early and get set-up with just the staff and myself.
How I get energized
• As the event begins, sometimes I mingle with the crowd so I can feel the actual vibe.
• I love to dance.
• Fundamentally, it’s all about just feeling the energy.
