Tracey Santrian
Leadership & Personal Development Specialist
Tracey leads the academy’s Interior Management and Leadership Training Programmes and delivers Safeguarding and HR training for our Command and Senior leadership Programme.
As an experienced Head of Training in the 3rd sector and former Royal Navy commissioned officer, Tracey specialises in maximising people performance and operational capability in the maritime environment.
In addition, as an active Naval reservist, Tracey also leads the Mental Fitness and Resilience and Diversity & Inclusion training programmes in the Royal Naval Reserve Unit; Commando Helicopter Force.
She is a Registered Social Worker, holds a Leadership and Management (Health and Social Care) degree, and is a qualified Higher Education teacher.
Julia Harris
Leadership & Purser Trainer
After a highly successful nine-year career in yachting, Julia now trains our one-to-one online Purser programme, supports Tracey in delivering our interior Management & Leadership training and also trains WSET Pure Service training through her GUEST Wine Appreciation, and Bartending, Mixology and cigars.
She also holds a degree in Kinesiology and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
I would truly recommend this course to anyone who wants to grow in their professional career and achieve a high-level of leadership skills. The course was great!
