Free Mental Health Training
Promoting a positive culture of mental health is a key pillar of the Academy. That’s why all TCA alumni are entitled to a free Mental Health Awareness course to help you continue to create positive working environments in your leadership roles on board.
Lifetime Access
TCA graduates have access to course material for life through our Virtual Learning Environment, meaning you can refer back to these resources at any time throughout your career when you need a refresher.
Career Support
Our graduates get priority jobs from our sister company, yacht recruitment specialists The Crew Hunter. You will also be added to our alumni network for continuing support in your career progression.
