Situated on the Herefordshire-Worcestershire border on The Netherwood Estate is Lee Westcott’s new restaurant, Pensons.
The restaurant building has been transformed from derelict barns into a fantastic re-imagined space retaining all the heritage of its past combined with the new and contemporary.
The Estate provides the opportunity to farm, forage and grow some of the ingredients including game, honey, rapeseed oil, meat, vegetables and fruits – as well as showcasing the amazing produce from other local farmers and growers. Lee’s imaginative menu encapsulates his love and respect for quality, seasonal, local produce.
Pensons is open from 6pm on Wednesday through to Sunday lunch.
There is a Private Dining Room upstairs seating up to 14 and a B&B option to stay at The Hyde www.thehyde.co.uk for guests dining at Pensons.
