P. 24

Explore what makes us uniquely Mid Wales: our coast
and countryside, our market towns, castles, gardens
and heritage attractions. Step aboard one of our
historic railways and take a nostalgic journey through
some of Wales’ most spectacular scenery.
Travel new scenic routes by road: The Cambrian Way
winds through two of our National Parks – Eryri (Snowdonia)
and Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons).
The Coastal Way runs the entire length of Cardigan Bay;
home to the biggest pod of dolphins in the UK. We have
two national trails: Glyndwr’s Way and Offa’s Dyke; and
the Wales Coast Path to explore.
In this guide you’ll find a compilation of places to visit and
things to do; some of our leading attractions and activity
providers, wildlife and nature sites. There’s a lot going on!
So without further ado, we’ll let you get stuck in.
