   CROESO E WELCOM
TODAY’S VISITORS YSTALYFERA RFC
Hoffwn estyn croeso cynnes i bawb i Barc de Pugh a 'nôl yn y clybhows ar ôl y gêm. Diolch o galon i'n noddwyr a'r Is-Lywyddion am eu cefnogaeth hael a pharhaol eto eleni. Diolch hefyd i'r chwaraewyr, y teuluoedd, y dorf ffyddlon, yr hyfforddwwyr a'r Pwyllgor am eu gwaith caled drwy gydol y flwyddyn.
We wish to extend a warm welcome to the players, members, supporters and visiting supporters to Parc De Pugh or our first ‘local’ derby in the Championship West.
Today we welcome Ystalyfera RFC to Parc De Pugh. After a cancellation on the first weekend of the season Ystalyfera got their season up and running last weekend with a home fixture against Crymych. The final score was Ystalyfera 18 Crymych 47.
I am pleased to write that in our first two games in the Championship we have secured two bonus point victories at home against Newcastle Emlyn and away last weekend away at Llangennech. This represents a good start for us at this level but there is plenty to do to maintain and build on the momentum gained so far.
League fixtures between both sides are few and far between but more recently the Clubs have played each other in friendly matches with recent encounters being extremely close. The winning margins on both occasions were only one score. Recent results would suggest another competitive close game is on the cards today.
I wish both sides the best of luck and hope that we all have an enjoyable afternoon in the best of company and a great game of competitive rugby. I would like to extend a welcome to you all to join us at the Club house after the game where I am sure Sharon, our stewardess, will ensure you are all well catered for.
I hope you all have an enjoyable afternoon and look forward to seeing you in the Clubhouse after the game.
Best wishes,
Andy Lewis
Cadeirydd/Chairman.
