While our support network is continuously growing in scope and size, it is hoped that this Report will encourage others to join it, particularly as we are now beginning preparations for our Business Plan.
As the project unfolds and grows, we will soon need to reinforce and strengthen our current skills and expertise with specialist input and support in:
 Accountancy/Auditing
 Business Advice/Analysis
 Business Development/Sales
 Community Development
 Financial Management
 Fundraising Strategy
 HR
 Marketing Strategy
 Property & Homes Management
 Rural & Town Planning
 Social & Co-operative Business
 Strategic Mentoring & Coaching
“Recent months have reminded us all of the fundamental importance of good-quality affordable housing and working collaboratively to support people’s health and wellbeing. Bronllys Well Being Park is a fantastic example of a community doing just this and coming together to support local people with affordable housing that they can call home.”
Julie James, Minister for Housing and Local Government
“Communities Creating Homes is pleased to be supporting Bronllys Well Being Park [CLT] Ltd at the relaunch of their “Next 100 Years” document. This is a great example of a likeminded community coming together to protect and repurpose local assets, by developing a long term vision which will provide much needed affordable housing, sustainable transport, energy and food for existing and future generations of Bronllys and its surrounding areas.’’
Dave Palmer, Co-Manager, Communities Creating Homes
