BRONLLYS: THE NEXT TEN YEARS (2020-2030)
VISION STATEMENT
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of Bronllys Community Hospital. Taking courage from this visionary initiative, we propose to re-purpose this beautiful place and co-create a cutting edge Well Being Park fit for the 21st Century.
In this endeavour we are guided, informed and inspired by the principles of the world’s first well being legislation – in Wales. We are also encouraged by the policies of the Welsh Government and the ground-breaking work of many other institutions.
We are actively supported by the numerous public bodies, community groups and individuals who share our vision. It is critical that all of us recognise the extraordinary opportunities and inherent challenges we are facing at this moment in history.
Bronllys Well Being Park Community Land Trust Limited (BWBP) fully intends to be an exemplar of the power of effective, dynamic co-operation between statutory bodies, institutions, community groups and individuals. Our wish is to assemble a mutually supportive, harmonious and synchronised collection of resources and activities for building an environment of well-being for Bronllys, Talgarth, Hay-on-Wye and surrounding communities.
