9.1 Immediate Aims & Milestones – 2020/2021
9.1.1 Business Plan
BWBP intend to seek funding for the required research and consultation, and for writing a full Business Plan, including the following elements:
 BWBP’s aim and the resulting projects and products
 Analysis of other potential players and the potential for their collaboration in the
project
 The needs of and demands for the proposed elements – an analysis of the
“markets” and how to reach out to those markets
 The essential operational detail required to deliver to the identified markets,
including personnel, product development, organisational structures etc.
 The costs – capital and revenue – of delivering the services and products
 Analysis of the sources of capital and revenue income
 Detailed programme of activities
 Cashflow forecast and sensitivity analyses
This Business Plan will need to be contributed to and signed off by major supporters and partners and is expected to be completed by Summer 2021. It will form the basis for the actions set out below.
