Yacht Crew Recruitment and Training is committed to making the
yachting industry a better place to work.
For the past six years, we've demonstrated this commitment by funding Mental Health
training for thousands of crew members who have studied with The Crew Academy or
been placed by The Crew Hunter.
But our dedication to crew wellbeing goes beyond just training. We also understand the
specific challenges of addiction within the yachting community. That's why we operate
The Crew Mess, our own crisis intervention service specifically designed to support those
struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.
