We’d just like to give a sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped with this book. Originally, we were working on two separate projects until a chance exchange with Alyson, Ian’s partner, brought our efforts together around 14 months ago. We’d like to thank our partners, families and friends for all their help, advice and patience as this book came together.
