Award winning museum that houses a UNESCO protected collection of huge historic and cultural signi cance.
Bakewell, Buxton
& Haddon Hall
A walking tour of Buxton before heading into the Peak District for a visit to bustling Bakewell on Market day with time for lunch. We then head to Haddon Hall which overlooks the River Wye (but not our Wye!).
Chatsworth House
Originally built by Bess of Hardwick and now the seat of the Duke of Devonshire for 16 generations. We have time to enjoy the garden as well as a guided house tour.
A Scenic Coach tour of the Peak District National Park A memorable journey over Snake Pass, we then stop in Castleton to see the ‘showcaves’. We also visit Eyam where more villagers died of the plague than in London, then a to visit the Cathedral of the Peak District, Tideswell.
Calke Abbey
A National Trust property that is quite fascinating and is more of an un-stately home with hoarded items le  as they were found.
