Our range or selectively sourced, seasonal fruit and vegetables are handpicked, daily to meet requirements, from Cannes Marche Forville, as well as by our eagle-eyed team at the Marche d’Interet Nationale in Nice, ensuring that all of your five-a-day arrived as fresh as if it’s just left the field.
We have a solid understanding of what we can expect to be available in the markets throughout the year and have complimented our sundry list of European fruit and vegetables, with an enticing range of exotic produce from the four distant corners of the globe.
Our extensive list of truffle and wild mushroom products is a testimony to the diversity of our suppliers. Butters, honey, salts and even champagne vinegars infused with natural truffle aromas, we can source any truffle item inside and outside of season, as well as the precious gems themselves. Our range of mushrooms – from the rare Chanterelle to the irreplaceable Portobello – is far from exhaustive so if there is a certain Chinese fungal wonder or dry, frozen piece you can see in the list, but want fresh, get in touch and we’ll have a hunt.
