Our cheese section is always one of the most challenging to compile and not for lack of content, but simply because of the sheer volume of cheeses out there! It invariably comes down to which ones can be left out without losing a popular favourite and considering our clients personal preferences. Hard, soft, blue, sheep or goat – there are endless varieties, with exciting award- winning cheeses being developed all the time, all of which have a legitimate place in the A to Z of Cheese.
Thankfully, with so many cheeses top choose from, we have wonderful suppliers, helping to make recommendations and to ensure that whatever the order, we have access to the very best available.
They are united by their knowledge and passion for cheese, as well as their dedication to sourcing from artisan producers.
Our wonderful cheese suppliers include Mons, with whom we have discovered an incomparable Morbier and decadent Brie a la Truffe, with whom we have discovered an incomparable Morbier and decadent Brie à la Truffe.
All cheeses can be supplied with tasting notes and, if you’re unsure of where to start, we are more than happy to help develop a balanced and interesting cheese board for your guests.
