Our specialist trainers are handpicked according to their professional experience and qualifications. Our team brings together senior former yacht crew and leaders in the global hospitality industry, who all have a breadth of proven experience delivering bespoke training to the yachting industry.
The Crew Academy incorporates practical learning as the best way to master new skills. We have created our courses to include our signature live service lunches. These allow the students to practise their newly acquired skills alongside a professional yacht chef and serve real food to invited guests including industry figures, management companies, captains and heads of departments.
In addition to our adminsitration courses held in Golfe Juan, we offer residential service courses from our training facility based 20 minutes from Antibes. Fully equipped for all service-based courses as well as our specialist courses, the property is able to host up to six students at any one time, where you will have total access to all living and outdoor areas. Our team can also assist in finding alternative local accommodation should the school be fully booked when you make your reservation.
Our newly launched (On-Board Bespoke) service package allows you to select the modules you wish to study, whether that be presentation, communication and etiquette, or other specialist skills in specific fields such as spirits and mixology, wine appreciation, floristry, barista, and cigar knowledge.
