President, Brecon RFC.
I am extremely proud to continue in the role of President of Brecon RFC for this season. I warmly welcome you all to this great club.
To all the referees, members, volunteers, sponsors, visiting teams and their supporters, I look forward to welcoming you to Parc De Pugh and the Clubhouse during the 2022/23 season.
IwouldliketowelcomeDaleMcIntoshournew Director of Rugby and his fellow coaches Gavin Dacey and Owen Sheppeard along with Gari Davies (Athletic coach) and all their backroom support staff to Brecon RFC and wish them every success for the season.
To our Youth team and all in the Mini and Junior section, your coaches, managers and all the volunteers, I wish you all the best in the coming season.
I want to thank Paul Amphlett our Chairman and the rest of the Board for their hard work, leadership and guidance over a difficult twelve months during which they have carried out
significant maintenance work at the Clubhouse and still managed to ‘balance the books’ in difficult trading conditions.
Thank you to all our existing and new Sponsors who have signed up for this season for their supportandloyalty. Withoutyourgenerous support it would be extremely difficult to provide the opportunity for young people to play rugby in Brecon.
Huge thanks also, to Sharon and her staff at the Club house, the Vice Presidents and members of the Club who support both home and away fixtures. Please keep up the good work this coming season.
Finally, to all our other volunteers who give up their spare time because of their love of the Club, I thank you sincerely and I hope to see many more of you during the season.
