These range from mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef & horseradish to mini Aberdeen angus cheeseburgers with bacon. Thai red chicken curry skewers, duck and mango spring rolls, together with vegetarian options such as cocktail vegetable samosas and spinach pakoras.
Of course if you wish to make your own we have an enormous range of canapé cups to fill yourself including cones, spoons and waves - all to give that stunning wow factor once filled and decorated. Fillings are also available in the form of pates, mousses and foams in meat, fish and vegetable!
We have a range of homemade starters and tartlets to save you time in a busy kitchen and ideal for weddings and functions. These range from individual game terrines with port to goat’s cheese and red onion marmalade tart.
