Dry Martini
10ml Dry Vermouth
65ml Gin
Garnish: Green olive on a stick or a lemon zest.
* Stir and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Fill a mixing glass with ice, drizzle the vermouth over the ice, stir 6-8 times, strain the vermouth off and discard; this serves to coat the ice with vermouth. Now add the spirit, preferably straight from the freezer, stir 16-18 times, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Expresso Martini
35ml Vodka
15ml Coffee Liqueur
1 Espresso Shot
5ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish: 3 Floating coffee beans
* Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass.* Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice, shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
