How we compare
We have compared our average rents with the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) and Private
Rented Sector (PRS) in the areas we operate to ensure we remain affordable. Against a backdrop
of substantial increases in private rents, we continue to offer our homes at rents significantly
below market rent in all areas.
