Approval of Strategic and Directors Report
Disclosure of Information to Auditors
The Board confirm that, as far as each person who was a member at the date of approval of these
financial statements is aware, there is no relevant audit information of which the Association’s auditor
is unaware. The Board also confirms that it has taken all of the steps that it ought to have taken to
make itself aware of any relevant information, and to establish that the auditor is aware of that
information.
Directors Indemnity Insurance
Appropriate directors’ and officers’ liability insurance is in place in respect of all of the Association’s
directors.
