Placemakers
We manage 24,336 homes (2024: 23,934), ranging from social rent, supported living and care homes,
to low‐cost shared ownership properties across 20 local authorities in South and West Wales.
This includes 3,924 student rooms in Swansea, Aberystwyth and Bangor. During the year, two of
our three nursing homes were sold in line with our strategic ambition to focus on core operations.
The third and final nursing home was then sold in June 2025.
