Bespoke Training.
We provide high-end, bespoke onboard training for crew and staff of yachts,
estates, island resorts, villas, and chalets. Our diverse course offerings allow
us to tailor content precisely to your team's needs.
How does it work?
When developing your bespoke package, we discuss desired outcomes, assess existing delivery standards,
and tailor the course accordingly. Training can be held on-site, on-board, locally off-site, or at our Sussex training
facility.
Who do we train?
We train teams, entire crews, or staff to ensure owners' and guests' expectations are consistently exceeded
with impeccable standards of etiquette. Your entire team learns how to work seamlessly together to deliver
exceptional service.
What courses are available?
Our engaging and interactive courses are adapted to suit the specific needs of your property or team.
We teach students how to interact professionally with guests while perfecting presentation in all areas. Courses
offered can include Food Service, Valet Service, Housekeeping, Clothing and Haute Couture Care, Fabrics and
Surfaces, Wine, Cocktails, Coffee, Cigars, Table Service and Decoration, and other specialist areas like
Management and Leadership, Team Building, Individual Mentoring, Career Progression Development
Planning, Conflict Mediation and Deck Etiquette.
We travel wherever you need us:
We have trained crew and staff throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Maldives, Seychelles, and Asia. We
focus on Yachts of all sizes including Fleet Training, Villas and estates, chalets and Private Islands. Each Program
is designed to suit the people we train and the location of where training is to take place.
• Yachts - from 25 meters to 200 meters
• Fleets - from 3-15 yachts
• Villas - more than 5 staff
• Estates - teams of 20 staff or more
• Chalets - more than 5 staff
• Island Resorts - upwards of 200 staff
