Guests are required to register their Passport and identification details with the Villa
Check In Service, IN ADVANCE AND PRIOR TO TRAVELLING. This information is
registered with the Spanish Authorities and is required by law, as per Vivienda
Vacacional license regulations. The villa access code will be released on the day of arrival
via the Villa Check In Service. Please note – The villa access code WILL NOT BE
RELEASED until the guest registration information has been received, checked and
verified, so please ensure this is completed prior to travelling. If you fail to provide this
information ahead of check in, you will have to call the Villa Check In Service for onsite
assistance and a charge of £50 will apply. When you make a booking with us, we request
some basic personal information that will be sent to the Villa Check In Service. From here
you will be issued with a link to register your information.

to the property at all reasonable times
for purposes of inspection or to carry
out any necessary repairs or
maintenance.

cause for complaint, it is essential that
you contact us immediately to give us
the chance to resolve it. We value your
custom and want you to return.
Complaints
This is NOT included within your rental price and is available for an additional
cost, payable at source via coin operation. If you follow the recommended
guidelines located on the coin meter box it will cost approximately €1 euro per
night to run the air conditioning. Please use 1 and 2 euro coins ONLY. The use
of any other coins may jam the meter box and you will be charged for call outs
and repairs.
Air Conditioning
We treat any data collected during the course of making bookings or dealing with
enquiries in strict confidence. Your data will never be sold and will be responsibly
destroyed on your departure date.
Data Privacy Statement
The villa is situated in a residential neighbourhood with a noise curfew in place from
midnight to 7am. It's essential to adhere to these regulations, as failure to comply could
lead to police intervention and a request to vacate the premises. Please be aware that
we assume no responsibility in the event of such an occurrence. Your cooperation in
respecting the local rules is greatly appreciated.
