Chain of Command: Identify direct supervisor.
Line Management Responsibilities: Outline any direct reports
(e.g. Deck Crew).
Key Responsibilities and Authority: Include areas of responsibility
and decision-making authority (including budgets, if applicable).
Temporary or Secondary Duties: Specify responsibilities assumed
during absences or as needed (e.g. first aider, additional Rib driver).
Brief Role Description: Concisely outline the role's purpose
and primary tasks.
Essential Qualifications: List mandatory certifications
(e.g. STCW, Diver - PADI Divemaster or PADI Specialty Instructor).
Desirable Skills: List valuable but non-essential skills
(e.g. First Aid).
Application Instructions: Provide clear directions on how to apply.
