At Yacht Crew Recruitment and Training, we offer a range of specially
designed training courses through The Crew Academy (TCA). Our mission
is to empower, educate, and elevate the industry’s finest, fostering a
brighter and more compassionate future for everyone.
This includes Operational, Technical, Administrative, Leadership and Mental Health training, as well as
department-specific programs like Purser and Service training. Plus, we offer bespoke on-board training for
your crew which is tailored to your specific needs.
All our alumni receive a free Mental Health Awareness course, as well as all crew members placed by The
Crew Hunter.
