Crew can engage with others on the system through the
     Chat.
Forum.
Workshop.
      ^ Facilitate real-time communication, collaboration, and support among crew members, regardless of their location.
Crew members undergoing training can join a chat room to ask questions, clarify doubts, and receive guidance from instructors or more experienced crew members.
^ Allows discussions, announcements, and exchanging ideas by posting messages and media as part of a 'thread’. Choose from You optional or compulsory subscription.
Two possible uses:
• Share important updates with the entire crew.
Forum Type: News (only admin can post).
Use Case: Post updates about schedule changes, new protocols, upcoming training sessions, and other important information.
• A space for crew to discuss wellbeing and support. Forum Type: Standard forum.
Use Case: Crew members can discuss topics related to mental health, physical wellbeing, and work-life balance, and offer support to one another.
^ Allows crew to review each other's submissions.
How it works:
1. Scenario Assignment: Assign each crew member a specific
emergency scenario (e.g., fire onboard, medical emergency). 2. Submission: Crew members submit detailed response plans,
including step-by-step actions and safety measures.
3. Peer Review: Peers assess each submission based on criteria such
as thoroughness, clarity, and adherence to safety protocols. 4. Feedback: Peers provide constructive feedback highlighting
strengths and suggesting improvements.
