    FRESH AIR
WITH EVERY STEP
Fill your lungs with fresh air. Feel the outdoors of Southern Snowdonia. Experience dark skies, mountain ranges and sweeping coastlines.
Snowdonia is Wales’ largest National Park, a landscape steeped with culture, history, and heritage, where the Welsh language is part of the day-to-day fabric of the area. With its landscape completely changing each season, Snowdonia’s rivers, forests, valleys and lakes offer different activities all year round.
Eight purpose-built mountain bike trails start from Coed-y-Brenin Visitor Centre near Dolgellau and range from easy trails for families and beginners to technical routes for expert riders. Coed y Brenin was Britain's first purpose-built mountain biking centre and it is still one of the sport’s top destinations.
You don't need to travel too far from Aberdyfi to find a different world - that of spectacular mountain and valley scenery. The peaks of the Cadair Idris and Aran Fawddwy ranges are within easy reach.
