Our IAMI GUEST-accredited leadership programs cater to professionals in yachting seeking to better understand
and develop their leadership capabilities in order to progress and thrive in their career.
With a range of courses designed to suit leaders at every level - from senior leaders and Captains to those
aspiring to leadership positions - our programs equip you with skills to inspire and lead teams effectively,
and provide invaluable clarity on your personal leadership journey.
Limited intakes for our courses ensures a conducive learning environment, with tailored coaching, expert
guidance, and a diverse learning community, encompassing experiences from the maritime and corporate
sectors.
As TCA alumni you will also receive free access to our Mental Health Awareness Course, providing you with
a solid skill set which can be applied to any role in your future career, both on board and on shore.
