• Ship certificate knowledge to be able to recognize and find requested documentation
• The objective of immigration regulations and required supporting documentation
• Visas, Passports, Seaman’s Books and Shore Passes
• The objective of customs regulations
• The preparation and collection of customs declarations
• Document autorisation
