Command & Senior
Leadership Program.
GUEST & TCA accredited
About the course
Maritime training often leans heavily towards operational
aspects, yet aboard vessels, the most pressing challenges often
revolve around interpersonal dynamics with crew members
and leaders. The Command and Senior Leadership Program
not only equips individuals with tools to navigate these
challenges but also unites seasoned participants aiming for
senior roles within the maritime sector.
Whether you hold a command position, are new to bridge
duties, or work in senior land-based roles like yacht management
or operations, this program offers steadfast career support.
Recognising leadership as an ongoing journey, the program
explores essential themes central to inspirational leadership -
cultivating effective organisational cultures, nurturing
psychological well-being, and fostering continuous personal
development.
Delivered within a secure and inclusive learning environment,
our program is led by a diverse team with expertise spanning
yachting, defence, merchant navy, and corporate backgrounds.
The syllabus includes individual psychometric assessments and
personalised coaching for enhanced personal and team
performance.
Limited to 20 candidates per intake, the programme ensures a
rich collaborative learning experience and optimal outcomes for
all participants.
