kelp. gives crew members access to the training
they need to excel and grow. From role-specific
training to core skills like communication,
leadership and mental health, the personalised
career pathways on kelp. make learning and
development relevant, engaging and easily
accessible.
Unlimited online training is included as
standard for each crew member, with access
to an ever-expanding suite of more than 400
learning modules, which are accessible from
any location, time-zone and device.
Live training is available as an optional bolt-on
with our training partners which can be
allocated to crew as needed. This includes
STCW upgrades and renewals, OOW Oral
Prep training, Virtual Reality Bridge training,
and specialist online courses like command
level leadership, Purser course and Yacht
Owner’s Representative Programme.
