Early access to a comprehensive onboarding,
familiarisation, and training programme via
Kelp, means that crew arrive integrated,
informed, and ready to hit the ground running.
The fully interactive familiarisation allows crew
members to get to know their new role and
environment so they feel at ease. They can
review all the safety guidelines, operational
demonstrations, crew standards, practices and
protocols, as well as specific training linked to
their role on board.
This boosts efficiency and saves valuable time
for both the new starter and the HOD.
