Milica Seguela
Milica heads up the team and offers a wealth of experience, having spent her entire career in the service industry; from luxury hotels, private households to the cruise ship industry.
She has a Hotel Management degree and over 10 years’ experience in the yacht crew recruitment sector placing crew, from junior to senior positions. Milica is trilingual; English, French and Serbo-Croatian. Milica is best placed to find the right fit for our clients and candidates alike.

Alex Boughton
Alex made the decision to move into a shore side position for over a decade on yachts predominantly as Chief Stewardess for over a decade. She has therefore acquired a thorough understanding and great deal of knowledge on how the interior of a yacht runs. Having recruited and interviewed many Stewardess’ to work alongside her over the years, transitioning into a shore side role in recruitment was an obvious choice. Alex is focused on helping to find the perfect match between Client and Crew, understanding the importance of a harmonious team.

Catherine Sinclair
Catherine began her career as an English teacher in an International school, helping children learn and grow in a bilingual setting. She later discovered the yachting industry and spent two years working as a stewardess on yachts up to 80m. Catherine is very much a people person, she is now happy to use her skills and knowledge to guide others seeking their perfect yachting career and clients seeking their perfect crew member.
