Bespoke Training
Since the creation of The Crew Academy in 2011, we have steadily provided training for students in on-board and land-based roles, from service and housekeeping positions to senior management. We have chosen to expanded our onshore hospitality courses, which combine elements from ourwell-established yacht service courses, to offer a range of services for the luxury homes, villas and palaces.
When we develop a bespoke package, we discuss all of the elements to be covered throughout the duration of the course and tailor these to accommodate your needs. Courses can be held on-site, on-board, locally off-site, or at our residential base in the south of France.
We are able to train the team and in some cases the entire crew or staff
to ensure that the owners and guests are blown away with the impeccable standards of etiquette that are delivered and maintained. We ensure the entire team know how to work together and deliver seamless level of service.
Our existing fun and educational courses are adapted to suit the exact needs of your property or team.
We teach our students how to professionally interact with guests and perfect personal presentation. All students gain superior skills in food, service, valet service, housekeeping, clothing and haut couture care, fabrics and surfaces, wine, cock-tails, coffee, cigars, table service and other specialist areas.
