Promoting a positive culture of mental health is a key pillar of the Academy. That’s why all Purser alumni are entitled to a free Mental Health Awareness course to help you continue to create positive working environments in your leadership roles on board.

TCA graduates have access to course material for life through our Virtual Learning Environment, meaning you can refer back to these resources at any time throughout your career when you need a refresher.
