DAILY DUTIES
CREW MESS - finish by 10am tick when complete
Wipe walls, cupboards and surfaces all the way to the carpeted staircase
Restock fridges, breads, tea, coffee, cereals [only when almost empty) Restock ham, cheese, milk, yoghurts, drinks etc
Clean microwave, sink, sides of dishwasher
Tidy everything
Wipe all counters, tables etc
Empty bins regularily and diswasher
Wipe leather seats and sofas
Clean toaster and everything on counter
Clean nespresso machine and empty drip tray regularly
Pull out items from bilge to restock if necessary
Vac crew mess, stairs up to carpeted stairs and mop
Empty bins at end of day
Wipe all surfaces before finishing for the day and leave crew mess spotless PLS remember this area is your responsibility all day and should be clean :]
BRIDGE - finish by 10am tick when complete
Check for captain's laundry and clean mug and coffee machine first thing. Daily Vac from carpeted stairs upwards, include radio room and pantry
Wipe walls of stairs and class barrier
Cac and dust helm control area in bridge
Wipe/vac/dust all surfaces - bridge, radio room, pantry Ensure everything tidy
Empty bins - including pantry, radio room and captain's Mop floors when convenient
At end of the day, check area again. Empty bins inc captain’s, radio, pantry. Leave tidy! Clean captain's mug at end of day
Interior dayhead to be checked and cleaned daily
