8.18am Hereford Broad Street - Catch T14 bus to Peterchurch.
Follow the Trail up Merbach Hill for beautiful views. Descend to Whitney on Wye to cross over the historic toll bridge before entering the woods to climb towards Brilley. Descend to Eardisley for refreshments before catching the Hereford bus. Sponsored by Westbook Court Country House near Hay on Wye.

Walk around the 'Capability' Brown parkland at Berrington Hall, looking at places of significance relating to his final estate project. We’ll meet National Trust Herefordshire Countryside Manager, Iain Carter at the newly restored pool to talk about the work that has recently been completed to ensure the survival of this Site of Special Scientific Interest.

This short historical walk will start from the statue of Allan Lewis (VC) at the Old Market in Hereford. Walk down Widemarsh Street to the Coningsby Museum (donations gratefully received), then enter Blackfriars Rose Gardens to view a Grade II * Scheduled Monument. Walk up Widemarsh Street to the Old Market to see Cattle Market sites and the modern market.
